Great Expectations

These two great herons are starting on the ultimate adventure, a new family beginning, parenthood. There's no other adventure filled with as much anticipation resulting in the most rewarding experience a couple can grow through. Great heron, also called great blue heron, is commonly found along the coastal areas of Louisiana wading in the shallow waters of its wetlands, marches and bayous. Easily recognized by its stately size and display of blue grey plumage.
