Cathedral Silent Guardian ArtBlock

$25.00

‘Cathedral Silent Guardian’ ArtBlock

Spanish cannons, from the Battle of New Orleans in 1815, stand at silent guard over St. Louis Cathedral, from the corners of the wrought iron gated gardens of Jackson Square. Tourist and locals alike all take pause to absorb the beauty of Jackson Square daily and this piece captures this location in a way that your mind can wander from the 1800's to present day. It's all a matter of where you allow your day dreams to take you.

What’s An ArtBlock?

A handmade product lovingly created in my studio using one of my paper prints mounted on a 6”x6”x1.75” solid block of stained poplar wood.

How do Display an ArtBlock?

ArtBlocks can be displayed sitting on a shelf or can hang aided by the routed key hole slot on the back which allows the block to sit flush to the wall.
